Still staying at the Superior Family Cabin that sleeps 8 people. So far nothing seems superior about it. First thing when we walked in for the dirty, moldy floors. At the end of the day your socks are so dirty! Floor seems to have some black mould or something which I don’t want to touch. The cabin air quality seems to be very dusty or have a lot of pollen as I cough non stop everytime we’re inside. Air quality seems to be cleaner and better outside than inside. As stated the Cabin is suited for 8 people. They have heaps of knives and forks but MINIMAL plates and bowls, maybe around 3 plates, bowls and a few wide plates. Like seriously?! Towels and face towels all have stains, some with some black marks and some dirt on it which we end up not using. WiFi is non existent here, can find it but cannot connect to it. Can only connect when you’re outside. Coffee at the kiosk tastes horrible. Something that a kid would make, you have a fancy machine and grinder and yet you don’t know how to make a coffee. Rec room is bare, air hockey has no puck after paying to play it. Pool table but no balls and sticks. Would thought they would have some activities for the kids to play with which we DON’T need to pay for since it’s a family park! Management here is appalling, their first impression they seemed confused, I even gave them the cabin number we are staying at. And still got my name wrong after stating it the first time. First time staying at this resort and would be the last.

I can not recommend this place enough. Having stayed last week at another Big4 that was questionable, this place is a luxury resort. The bathrooms have heated flooring and absolutely beautiful showers. The sites are wide allowing for ample room to park and use as needed. The laundry didn’t need coins! It’s just a tap on a phone or a card which is so much easier. The amenities on site are above and beyond expectation with bouncing pillows, kiosk that serves coffee, great playgrounds and food trucks on site for the school holidays. We are so much happier
