BIG4 Crystal Brook Tourist Park

Well where do I start this place is amazing I heard in the past it was crap and now the BIG4 holiday parks took over this place and they have done very well at it and there are more upgrades coming soon and the staff and the service here is amazing fantastic people here running this place , if there’s a problem with anything please let them know and respect this place as they will do anything to make your stay great as mine was . It was me first time here on the road travelling with a friend that said this place should be great now under new management as the old owners ran it to the ground and now it’s tops ,great for a family or travelling by yourself or in a group and on top of this they take or types of campers which is great too . Now there is a games room for the kids and a pool and also a kitchen dining room so you can cook here too but please respect it as it is for everyone to use so clean up and any problems let them know so they can fix it too , beautiful showers and toilets nice and clean so that’s great too . So do your self a favour come stay here you will like it as it was good for me it’s good for you all too . Come see what you think. Until next time I be back again and safe travels

Recently stayed in this park for a weekend - cabins were super clean / tidy and well stocked with utensils. Park located conveniently close to shopping centre. Camp kitchen again super clean and well stocked. Improvements underway so park will only get better. Highly recommend staying here - we certainly will be. Park management really helpful and friendly.
