BFT South Melbourne

BFT South Melbourne has been my favourite gym to train at. They have a friendly and welcoming culture where all the coaches make an effort to get to know you, they are all very patient and have great attention to detail when coaching you through exercises. It is also an amazing building (church) to train in and all amenities are super clean. If you haven’t signed up already, you definitely should!!
