This place is good if you are on a budget. The room was clean on arrival. The place is centred right outside of tram stops so you have easy access to both the city and St.Kilda. Unfortunately I won’t be going up in my overall rating as one day I left my room to go to the city and venture around Victoria. Only that when I returned to my accommodation, my room’s door was left completely wide open meaning that any other resident could walk in and grab my stuff from my suitcase. Now this could have been to clean the room or whatever but I just didn’t appreciate the door being open. Fortunately I am blessed and highly favoured and that nothing was stolen and all my more important items were on me in my backpack. It just wasn’t a great look in my opinion. Other than that the bathroom doors, shower doors and some of the toilet seats were broken, or loose.
