Good! There is a wide variety of equipment and if for some reason one break down it's always fixed pretty quick. Also is a 24h gym which helps lots with odd working hours. The only improvement I would suggest is on the changing rooms/showers. Frequently they are not very clean and there is not room for more than one person. Another suggestion I'd make would be to offer some fitness classes!

Staff are helpful. I was grilled about having no towel. Oops. But the Newstead gym isn't overly busy and a pretty good facility overall. 👍 …
