Great gym in the city centre. The majority of machines are all premium Life-Fitness, not the latest models, but they are in great condition. I would say this gym is more for isolation exercise. Large array of cable machines and plate-loaded machines. Would see it struggling if multiple people came for a squat rack or bench. I like the layout of having the hybrid exercisers downstairs i.e cross-fit style. Much better ventilation than some other branches. Clean showers are a bonus.
