We booked the Sanctuary for 2 hours late afternoon - which was magical. The views in the day would be stunning but really enjoyed the nighttime experience. It had been snowing earlier so being in the hot spa with our wine was perfect and you also have a plunge pool and 2 saunas and a shower. Staff were really friendly and we throughly enjoyed our experience.

The sanctuary was in terrible condition. This is meant to be a luxury spa but I wouldn’t call it that, kind of more like a health hazard. There was mould in the steam room, the cold water pool was brown, the sauna spoon was broken and you couldn’t use it to put water on the rocks and there were clumps of hair in the shower. I’m not sure how this place manages to get away with the poor conditions and quality they provided people
