I didn't read the reviews before booking my stay, but overall I believe there has been some improvements since people's reviews from 5 months ago. There is still more room for improvement but the sheets and pillows were clean and the pool area had been recently tiled. The spa heating was broken, and the heated pool wasn't very warm, which was a bit disappointing but overall I am satisfied with the price point of the lodgings. Areas for improvement: It would be nice if the cupboard contained extra pillows and blankets, so we don't have to ask for them, as the reception is still mostly unattended. Would also be good if the cupboard contained a broom and dustpan, so we could give the floor a quick clean, as we stayed there for a week and it didn't seem that our room was swept for the whole 7 days we were there. We ran out of toilet paper, so the replenishment of consumables in the rooms needs to have a bit more attention as well as the towels not being replaced every day. It would also be handy to have more towels for the pool. How can you have one towel per person? We wet the towel when we get out of the pool, how do we dry ourselves when we get out of the shower later (or vice versa)? The room we were in had a lovely view but the hedge needed trimming because the new shoots were getting tall and blocking the view. All in all, it was a good stay and I wouldn't hesitate to book again. I can see that the management are taking feedback on board, so please continue to do so and good luck with the rest of the renovations.

Currently staying at motel for 4 nights (5 pers) I have approached management regarding a number of issues since my arrival. NOT RESOLVED 1. BBQ filthy and unable to be used: advised 36 h ago would be cleaned - still filthy. 2. No internet to smart tv- staff tried once 52h ago and have not appeared again. RESOLVED 1. amount of cutlery not matching room capacity, no tea towel or dishwashing sponge. 2. Dryer $4 did not dry clothes, night mgr Chris placed clothes into motel industrial dryer 3. Out and about for 13hours, arrived back at 9pm wanting a shower but towels had not been supplied for the day , had to find night mgr Chris who gave us towels. I look forward to having these matters resolved by management in the next 24 hours.
