Serenity Day Spa, Sauna & Massage

I had a really poor experience, I've had several massages and this had to be the worst one hands down, therapists aren't trained in massage and have no idea... Wish I had cancelled. No communication, room is ice cold during winter, cold towels on body, no specific areas worked on and even advised the therapist to work on lower body and she just rubbed each body part for 5 seconds and had absolutely no clue whatsoever.
