Very welcoming and inviting. It's not like your normal type gym. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Facilities are clean. This is the only fitness centre I will go to. It's worth mentioning that the change rooms are baby friendly in both the female and male. Highly recommended.

I have only been a couple of times to use the pool. The pool was never crowded when I was there, once in the morning and once in the evening. The change room and showers are OK and clean. The staff were really friendly!
