Normally wouldn’t review or post. But I felt compelled after my experience here. Things look dirty and grimy. Including bandaids stuck to the side of the kids pool, The stairs going into the 50m pool look gross, and felt slimy. Drains down the side of the pool are loaded full of slimy gross pool noodles (do these not get cleaned out ?) Pools were very cold. Despite them saying it’s maintained and heated. Which is fine, but when mentioned to the life guard and asked if they were heated they simply shrugged and said “ I dunno” The change rooms are filthy, - in the female change room I went into a lockable cubical to get changed and there was what looked like poo, or chocolate smeared across the door and wall. Chewing gum on the walls. Showers in the family room and female change room were awful, with only one tap for each, you are either frozen stiff or scolded. (Not ideal when you have children you’re trying to shower). The female showers were also full of hair, on the walls, Doors and the floor. It truly looks as if no one had cleaned them before, ever. The lady at the front desk has a poor attitude. She is rude, ignores you even if you’re standing infront of her, I was also double charged for my son once. But paid anyway as it didn’t seem worth the argument. I tried phoning multiple times about swimming lessons for my son, phone rang out each time (different days). Disappointed and sad, extremely dated facilities. I decided not to go back.
