Burnie by the Bay

The location is great, but so loud whenever you go there is noise. Furniture was old and damaged dining chairs have wobbly legs we couldn’t sit on a couple of them as they swayed. All the vinyl is torn, really shabby. Needs proper bathmats as shower and bathroom so slippery. Not great for elderly people because of the above. Beds comfortable. .but all of us have bites on our necks and faces so possibly bedbugs

A tin shed, yep, a tin shed. Incredibly noisy day and night. Booked and paid for 3 nights, lasted 2! First day advised the office lady of the slow draining sink in the bathroom and was told the owners were coming in two weeks and they would deal with it then. Had to brush our teeth in the shower, took me 5 minutes to clean the sink after a shave. If the Bates Motel or the Guest House Paradiso was up the road,they would be a far better place to stay. Not sure why people have given 4 and 5 star ratings, 🤔 possibly friends and family.
