Great mix of cardiovascular and strength training. I am one of those that finds it impossible to just work out in a gym. I need the structure and motivation of classes. BFT provides this and more - excellent trainers, clean facilities and equipment. Very welcoming atmosphere.

Very helpful coaches. Great class variety to keep interest strong. Clean facilities. Welcoming members. Pleased I joined over 12 months ago - have never attended a gym as frequently as BFT
