I joined BFT 3 weeks on a friend's recommendation and haven't been dissapointed. Staff have been friendly, welcoming and helpful. The various workouts have been what I needed to kick-start my new exercise regime. There are 6 days worth of classes with classes starting at from 5am and 6 or so classes a day to suit. Located near the beach great for a before or after gym walk. Parking is plenty and right at the door. The gym itself has toilet and shower facilities to enable the workout then go straight to work. BFT is no locking contracts and it's pay per fortnight. I like that after each session I can see where I'm at and how I've gone through the heart monitoring system. They also have on the premises an Evolt body measuring system.
