The massage room was unbearably cold, and unfortunately, I had to cut my massage short. Understandably, it’s winter in Tasmania, but the oil heater was simply insufficient for the space. Even the lovely therapist was rugged up in a puffer jacket, which says a lot about how cold it was. The whole building felt unpleasantly cold overall there was another lady in the waiting room sitting with a blanket over her. I asked the therapist if we could turn the heater up as I was cold but she said it was at the max and had been on since the morning. Hard to enjoy a massage when you have (pictured) this many towels surrounding you. I’d recommend implementing better heating solutions to ensure a more comfortable experience for both clients and staff.

Absolutely terrible. Had the facial, massage and pedicure and I couldn't wait to go home and shower. Worst experience.
