My partner and I had organised with Craig (the park operator) to move in to a permanent rental cabin on Monday the 1st of December. We have called up today (30th of November) to discuss what time would be best for us to come and pay our security deposit/ move in tomorrow and have been met with hostility and false words. Craig has started ignoring our calls and when I called the front desk I spoke with a very nasty woman named Sheryl who not only speaks in a disgusting manner to customers but blatantly was disrespectful and was claiming we had to double the deposit that was agreed upon with Craig 5 days prior. Then Sheryl said that I need to call back tomorrow (the day we were told to arrive to move in) because apparently they aren’t open on a Sunday, even though she answered my call at the front office and they are operating today. Then when I tried to speak about what Craig had said to us prior about moving in she hung up in an extremely rude manner after talking over top of me and telling me I was a rude person for only trying to get in contact when the owners were ignoring my calls. 0 stars, do not stay here if you value common decency and honesty. The park owners and operators are liars and like to toy with peoples lives for amusement then dodge your calls to avoid responsibility for their actions. We have since declined other living situations because we had been told we could move in on the Monday and now apparently we were declined for no reason other than a few days had passed since the agreement was made. Very putrid, wishy-washy and unprofessional behaviour from a customer based establishment.
