Overall, the hardware design is excellent. It features both indoor and outdoor pools, along with three fantastic water slides and a very comprehensive splash park area. However, the "software" and amenities fall short of expectations. The café area is far too small, with seating for only four tables. Additionally, the hygiene standards in the restrooms and changing areas are quite disappointing. In the grassy areas, shaded pavilions and tree cover are very limited, making it difficult to find a spot to rest during hot weather. Most importantly, while the facility is new, the construction quality is surprisingly rough. For instance, the black metal strips on the outdoor concrete steps are actually coming loose; once detached, they leave sharp corners that pose a serious risk to barefoot visitors. The blue water slide has visible gaps and leaks severely. Furthermore, on a curve of the blue slide near the ground, the structure shakes vertically when anyone over 50kg slides through, suggesting a lack of necessary structural support. Lastly, the plastic on the green water slide is already showing signs of aging, indicating that the quality of this slide needs significant improvement.

Please for the love of god re-contract the cafe to someone who knows how to run one. The swimming centre itself is lovely, so it’s a real shame that our day was soured by the shockingly slow service at the cafe. 45+ mins wait for hot food and then we received wedges instead of chips. We even ordered a pre-made sandwich and donut and that took 5 mins for her to finally put it in a bag and hand it over. When the cafe is run properly I will happily give more stars.
