Redstar is a family run Business. Redstar is known for its Boxing so i have to admit i was a little nervous. The Gym has 4 different sections as well as a sauna and altitude room. I came for the Group Classes. This is your standard mix of upper, lower, cardio and recently introduced Hyrox. The gym is 247 but also is staffed majority of the time. They even gave a cafe! It works well for me because I travel to the west for work so I am able to shower after training and head to work. There are 4 toilets and 2 showers as well as wheelchair friendly sections. Honestly this gym has something for everyone but most of all I feel normal. I don't have to be insecure like I am at most other gyms. I am referring to those people that go to the gym for the fit checks and socials. Tash is amazing and hilarious. Josh is an excellent trainer with attention to detail and Simon. Well, he's just a legend 😀 Come check it out.
