UGH. Avoid. The best thing you can sawy about this place is the location - perfectly right on the beach; but the rest was bad: overpriced, ugly, spare rooms - stark white walls; cups in the gym gone; water jug empty; bathtub paint peeling so you couldn't take a bath; lamp in the room busted, carpets stained, no phone in the room. advertised room with a kitchen - got no actual cooking knife; so couldn't actually cook; asked for one and they eventually brought me a steak knife; useless. as i used the forks the turn down crew would come and just take them - not wash them, but literally just take them so that i started the week with three forks and ended with none in the room. turn down crew left messes uncleaned, bed unmade; the hotel nickel and dimed for parking; charged extra for cheap coffee pods; and WORST of all; TERRIBLE INTERNET! I travel all over and this was the worst internet experience I've seen in years; you have to sign in every time; it kicks you off intermittently; and it's super slow. no paid upgrade - like bad airport internet; in a "four star" hotel? no way. -restaurant disconnected from the hotel so no room service though it's offered. Service bad too - multiple times called down to front desk and got no answer; multiple times told them about all this stuff and got no answer or action. people at the front desk didn't know what they were doing. Felt like a cheap motel; not a hotel. Nice to be right on the beach tho. and, surprisingly, the sauna slapped :)

We had the 3 bedroom on top floor. It was beautifully laid out and one of a kind view. Just a couple of things in the room needed a touch up eg tv cabinet fallen off wall on one side, no shower door in one of the bathrooms and some minor cosmetic damage, also was t given a plug for the spa bath, we only stayed one night so didnt bother getting one. Otherwise amazing stay will definitely go back!
