This is not good at all, we always give feedback very good service when the staff friendly and nice for all costumes, but i can’t believe you guys can’t give clean towels to our cabin !! I tough this place good for holiday family and good service but , it’s horrible service from staff not the place, Place its good 👍🏼 Hope this can change for future staff can more nice and friendly.

Terrible experience. The two ladies working in the reception building are completly rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. Paid for a 5 night stay with 6 guests. We asked for extra clean towels and coffee on our third night and were refused. We were met with the reply “we don’t do that here” and given nasty looks. For our 5 night stay, they gave us 2 toilet rolls, and when we asked for extra they were hesitant and unhappy with us. Never seen two people as miserable as those ladies. Recommended the holiday park train their staff better, because we will not be returning due to this poor service. The only positive of the park, is the beach view. Tip for the front service ladies; A smile goes a long way, give it a go!
