My daughter katalina swims here started her swimming lessons late at the age of 4 this instructors are absolutely fantastic and the the desk staff are very kind and understand when you have unforeseen circumstances that affect your account. I’ve been thoroughly impressed from day one.The instructors are patient, engaging, and clearly passionate about teaching water confidence. They have an incredible way of making lessons both fun and structured, which is perfect for young learners. My daughter, who was initially a little hesitant, now looks forward to every session with excitement. The facility itself is well-maintained, with warm water that keeps the little ones comfortable while they learn. The class sizes are just right—not too crowded—so every child gets plenty of attention. I also appreciate how the staff creates a positive and encouraging environment, celebrating each small milestone, which really boosts the kids’ confidence. Another highlight is the centre’s family-friendly atmosphere. It’s easy for parents to watch their children’s progress, and the staff are always approachable if you have any questions. Booking lessons was a breeze, and the overall experience has been nothing but smooth. Largs Bay Swim Centre has given my daughter a fantastic start to her swimming journey. If you’re considering lessons for your child, I’d highly recommend this place—it’s a gem for little swimmers

First of all I’d like to say Jane is a fantastic instructor, and has been nothing short of amazing, in guiding our little girl with her swimming journey. Sadly that’s where the good points end. The Wednesday swimming lessons were cancelled, due to the education department now using these days for school lessons, which we understood. We cancelled our membership, as we couldn’t do the alternative weekdays, and weekends were booked out. We wanted to finish up and use the last two lessons we had paid for. Karen, who works the desk, spoke to my wife in a putrid manner, and told us that we HAD to have our lessons in the following 2 weeks (one weekend was booked out and the next was Easter). After speaking with the manager, we were able to come to a solution to use them at a later date. The next time my wife went in, and tried to book the two lessons, Karen said we were still not entitled to them. It has all become too hard and we don’t feel welcome here. We won’t be recommending this venue to friends or family.
