Wow! What an incredible and relaxing experience! I was gifted a voucher for HABIT for my bridal shower and was saving it until right before the wedding and I’m glad I did. I was desperate for a glow up and a relaxing massage and the experience was mind-blowing. A sensory delight from beginning to end, with little touches like affirmations all around to improve my mood. Being a plus size girl can have a lot of limitations in the wellness industry, particular at known chain businesses. But from the minute my experience began I felt truly welcome as a plus size girl. The robe was large, I didn’t hang off the bed, and everything was just perfect for me as I existed. It’s a wonderful and wholesome feeling. Thank you, Lisa, for an incredible experience. I was feeling a bit yuck about my body this week but I’ve left HABIT feeling relaxed, hydrated, and in love with my body again.

I have attended Habit Day Spa a few times and highly recommend it. Just what my mind, body & soul needed each time: relaxing & rejuvenating experience. Beautiful staff, quiet serene atmosphere, time to relax before & after and love the lockers, robes & slippers provided.
