Vending machine (sport drinks, protein bars) available. Owner Calvin is AMAZING, runs the places really well- super friendly & very helpful. This place is a gem & my go to when I next visit!

Well maintained gym with friendly staff and affordable membership prices. Love that it’s 24/7 and located conveniently in the city. Private showers and toilets are a nice bonus. Highly recommend Gold Fitness
