The organic full body massage had a few misses for me. The masseur was amazing. But the jade stones and towels were not hot because the heater wasn't working at the relatively new outlet. Best to avoid the last appt of the day cos if the other rooms are shut, there is no chance to use the heaters in the other rooms to fix that.

I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at Endota Spa Glenelg. My friend and I booked a double massage as a treat for ourselves for our birthdays. We had a 12:30pm booking for a one-hour massage on Saturday 12th July. We arrived at 12pm, as advised, to complete paperwork and be ready to begin on time. Despite this, the massage didn’t start until well after the scheduled time, and we only received 45 minutes of treatment instead of the full hour. I emailed the spa three days ago to share my feedback privately, but haven’t received a response—which just adds to the frustration. To make matters worse, one of the masseuses was clearly unwell during the treatment coughing the whole time and ended up passing on her illness to her client, my friend, which is completely unacceptable in any professional setting, let alone a spa where hygiene and wellness are meant to be a priority. This was supposed to be a relaxing and rejuvenating experience, but I left feeling disappointed, short-changed, and ignored.
