Charmaine was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! Breathe WRL is a muscle recovery and wellbeing service not a day spa (relaxation). IR Sauna and room facilities were pleasant. Seating space in the sauna is limited to upright sitting only. Recommend option to lay down would be incredible. Not convinced compression boots were effective in reducing muscle soreness / fast tracking recovery for myself - may work betters for others. Cryotherapy at -120C for 3 mins was a good experience but expected more. Think I’ll try -140C next time (enjoy cold showers and the rare ice bath).
