Blue Lagoon Float and Spa Fulham Gardens

Absolutely Devine...from the moment we entered reception we were greeted by Tina & shown to the waiting area...we had a glass of water & lavender tea...once we were shown to our floatation room Tina explained everything to us & we were on our way to pure relaxation...once we finished our hour float we showered ,& washed our hair with products that smelt & felt amazing...we left Blue Lagoon feeling relaxed & revived...Clean, professional & very serene atmosphere...I would highly recommend a visit by yourself or with a friend ! Thank you Tina for making our visit a lovely experience! We'll definately be back for more treatments !

Awful experience. Booked in for a facial & was really looking forward to it after a busy week. Laid down on the table & got under the towel when I felt dampness..top & bottom. The towels weren't dry. The lovely therapist Nora quickly offered to get new ones...but...they too were damp & musty. Bacteria & Mould would love these towels. Unfortunately Nora wasn't able to find any dry ones, they were all in the same state so I got dressed & headed out to request a refund. Unfortunately the Manager Alyssia was no help. She could not offer a refund & after speaking with the owner said I needed to call Customer Service to arrange it. Very poor form from Alyssia & the owner to put the entire responsibility of the refund back in the hands of a very disappointed client. All the manger could do was repeat 'Im sorry there's nothing I can do, you'll have to ring Customers Service' when the polite, helpful & understanding therapist Nora came into the room & promptly arranged a cash refund. It took her less than 2 minutes so I am left wondering why it wasn't done I the first place. I might have accepted it was an unfortunate first experience & rebooked for another time but after the frustration of Alyssia & the owner, I won't be going back. There are so many far more professional places, without damp musty towels, where I can spend my money. So disappointing.
