Our 3 year old son came here after learning at a private facility for about 18 months. Ms Isabella has been excellent and the improvement in his swimming was evident from the second lesson. Her gentle but firm guidance has really pushed him to stretch his water wings and, within a month, he is now swimming and diving down independently with confidence. Wish we had have come to a public pool for lessons sooner.

Despite being a Cairns local and having swum here copious amounts of times aswell as attending many school swimming carnivals during my high school years, today was my first and last time bringing my own children here. The staff were extremely rude and unfriendly towards having the children there. I've never had issues when it was just me but my first time bringing kids and I've never experienced so many issues in one go. We left feeling very unwelcomed.
