24/1/24 I visit my mentally ill daughter occassionly who suffer with schophenia ,she's under mental health& NDIS.She on disability pension. The cabin @ the White Rock leisure Park Skull Rd. is appalling roof leaks, where she sleeps, water runs down her power point, flooring are rotting, aircon not fixed, kitchen sink tap need hot water & the cold water tap need fixing, 😡My daughter told the manager constantly he said he'll see to it but to no avail. She pays $200 weekly from her disability pension. 😭💔Her father and I are gravely concerned for her safety. Its now 2 yrs+ since renting there. 😢💔Accommodation in Cairns are limited so she has to stay there under those living conditions.😭💔When she moved in there was no frig,no oven, electric jug in the cabin.😡 My husband and I had to buy her a frig & portable oven, electric jug.😡Please something need to be done. If anything happens to our daughter we will take action. Sincerely Kate Higgins
