On the weekend, some kids were playing in the big pool where we were swimming. It’s a risk of accident and they have the kid’s pool for playing. I’ve complained but the staff said they couldn’t do anything because it’s a public pool. It shouldn’t be allowed.

I always enjoy coming here for a swim. The pools are clean and a good temperature. The small kids wading pool is fully covered. My kids do swimming lessons here and have great teachers. The cafe does a good coffee and has a good range of food. The strand side of the cafe is pet friendly and even has dog treats. The parking by the front door is for parents with prams and there is a family change room too. There aren't any slides or toys, if that is what you are looking for I recommend the bucket a short walk away, or the Kirwan pool.
