Beautiful hotel. Terrible service!!!! Went out all day and room was not serviced. Called reception and they told us the do not disturb was on the door - it was not - the clean my room was on. Told us they would send someone straight up. Went to the pool for 1.5 hours. No towels - went up to reception to ask for a towel, they said ask at the pool. Asked at the pool, they seemed uninterested and said it would be refilled eventually. After 1.5 hours in the pool, no towels arrived, so had to catch the lift back up to the room dripping wet. Get back to the room and of course had not been serviced. So we just got a couple of towels off someone close by. Then didn’t really want to face anyone else so just ordered room service. Tasted pretty awful and cost $250 for the family! The crème brûlée had a really weird taste, like it was full of alcohol (not mentioned on the menu). Both my wife and I were up all night sitting on the toilet, so in guessing something was wrong with it! Did win $300 at the casino, so I guess that’s something, but I’ve never stayed at a casino with such terrible service! Usually with all the money they make the service is excellent. This is the second time we’ve stayed here in a month and last time they also didn’t service the room! Gave them a second chance, but will not be back!

Pool ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Over the weekend we stayed a night at The Ville and held my daughters Baby shower at Quarterdeck.. We had the most wonderful service and over all experience. From walking in to the room and finding a complimentary welcome gift and hand written card, swimming at the most beautiful pool with a view to having a win at the casino then onto exemplary service from Steven and his team at the Quarterdeck on Sunday. Everyone went above and beyond for us and nothing was too much trouble! It's the old fashioned service that everyone looks for these days. We truly appreciated our time and will be back again and again.
