I had high hopes for this head spa after a truly exceptional experience at another location in Palmview. Unfortunately, this one didn’t live up to the same standard. Most of the session felt more like a hair wash than a relaxing head massage, which was disappointing given what I was expecting. Toward the end of the treatment, a loud gurgling noise (the heat lamp I’m presuming) persisted for about 15 minutes — it was so distracting I almost got up and left. A heads-up about this would have made a big difference. To top it off, a foreign female voice began speaking over a loudspeaker right at the end, which completely broke any sense of calm or professionalism. Overall, it just didn’t feel like the relaxing, immersive experience I was hoping for.

Lovely service however the Japanese Head Spa I received was not relaxing. Felt like a hair wash and was painful with a lot of hair pulling. Was not worth the $. Don’t recommend.
