Nice hotel. I choose the one bedroom suite which was great with a nice balcony. Issues: The washing machine was full with soaked unwashed towels when I arrived. There were however fresh towels available for use. No breakfast. One of the 2 elevators was out of service during my entire stay and the other one was often quite busy taking ages to arrive. Pool was large but freezing cold. Pros: Bed was very comfortable. The outdoor Jacuzzi was nice. Staff were very friendly when available (no one present at reception after hours) Nice balcony Very roomy and clean suite

The Sovereign is a lovely accomodation. Very clean and well appointed. All the amenities you would want for your Gold Coast holiday. |The location is perfect, only a couple of blocks to Cavill ave and 50m to the beach.|A big thank you to the ladies at reception. |Sophie is amazing. Nothing was a problem and made me feel so welcome.
