A wonderful experience with different temperature pools, 2 spa pools, a sauna and steam rooms. Outdoor showers for a quick wash down to use the ice pool after using the sauna or steam room to get. There is also other facilities like massage rooms, Light type sauna etc that can be checked out and booked. Check out their website for more details. I totally recommend this Bathhouse. Wish we had one in the Hunter/ Newcastle Area.

Tried out the spa and sauna at Soak Bathhouse Mermaid Beach for the first time and had such a great experience! Even though it was a sold-out session and quite busy, everything felt super clean and hygienic. The whole space is really well maintained, and everyone there was respectful and mindful of hygiene, which made it really relaxing. I only used the spa and sauna this time but can already highly rate the overall experience. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area. Bonus points for offering locals discount codes and gift vouchers—perfect if you want to treat yourself or someone else. Highly recommend! The staff were so friendly and polite, they have many great facilities and amenities.
