Rackley Swimming North Shore

Rackley Swimming has a particularly aggressive and abusive male individual in their employ. In our recent visit, he was swearing in childrens faces and making them cry, patrolling as if he was a beat cop and generally making our visit uncomfortable and unpleasant. I will be submitting a formal complaint post this review and highly reccomend that the invividual concerned (He has also recieved verbal complaints by other patrons so the person should be known.) have a good hard look at himself and question if working with children is an appropriate role if he is unable to control his attitude in a child heavy industry. Cowardly behaviour. On a positive note, every time we've visited the facilities, they have been well kept and staffed sufficiently.
