My child has been swimming here for the past 4 years. We’ve had many wonderful instructors over this time and really appreciated their effort, except for one instructor, Eva C., who unfortunately was often distracted and at times came across as rude. The main concern for us has been the reception and management team. Customer service is consistently poor — staff can be impatient, unhelpful, and sometimes even raise their voices at parents. When I wanted to leave the school, management convinced me to put classes on hold due to a large number of makeup lessons. However, the parent portal is very frustrating: once your child levels up, previous makeup lessons no longer appear, meaning the only way to book them is by calling reception, which is not convenient. Overall, after years of trying to make it work, I feel the administration is unprofessional and the experience has been very disappointing. We will be moving to another swim school.

I had a terrible experience with the swimming school in the Miami location due to poor customer service. I had to cancel two classes because my son had chickenpox, and I simply wanted to reschedule the lessons. However, instead of allowing me to reschedule one of the existing classes, they insisted that I change my plan to once a week, which would increase the cost of each class. I reluctantly agreed to this change, even though I knew I would be losing money, but then they still refused to let me alter my schedule to once a week without paying for two additional lessons over the next two weeks. They claimed I needed to give a two-week notice for any cancellation. The issue was, I just wanted to temporarily switch to once a week for two weeks to use the two missed lessons, and then return to my regular two lessons per week. The whole system is extremely complicated and frustrating, and this was the second time I was treated poorly by their staff. Now, I feel forced to continue going to the school for the next two weeks, even though I’ve already paid the full price. I’m also being pressured to take three classes in one of the weeks, which is not ideal. I am incredibly disappointed and no longer want to go back to this place. To be honest, I would prefer a refund for the six pending lessons and would rather never step foot in this place again.
