Our stay was extremely disappointing and did not meet the expectations of a 4-star hotel. When we arrived, the room was not clean. There was visible hair in the bathroom. When we asked about daily room cleaning, we were told that housekeeping comes at an additional cost. We were also informed that we are expected to empty our own rubbish bins and take the trash to the end of the corridor ourselves. This feels more like an Airbnb setup than a hotel. When I raised this concern and mentioned that this does not align with a 4-star hotel experience, the response was simply “that’s how we operate.” The elevators were another major issue. Only two elevators were working, and we waited up to 20 minutes on multiple occasions. Basic amenities were lacking. Cutlery and glasses provided in the room were dirty. There were no toothbrushes/toothpaste available, and not even a glass in the bathroom to place toothbrushes or toothpaste. Overall, the staff were not helpful, and there was no sense of service or hospitality you would expect from a 4- or 5-star hotel. I would not recommend staying here, as there are far better options available for the price. Very disappointing experience.

We recently stayed here for our family holiday, location was perfect and staff were very helpful and attentive during our stay, however we felt that for a 4.5 star property the rooms were not quite up to scratch. The views were beautiful and the apartments spacious but the bedding was below average and you’d probably find better in a 3 star property. Sheets of poor quality and barely fitted the beds and blankets were worn and had holes all through them. We had a rollaway for our teenage son and it was so uncomfortable he ended up on the floor as no other alternative. Cost cutting was obvious throughout the room with limited supplies like dishwashing liquid/ extra teabags etc having to be paid for and the scourer to was dishes been cut in half. Extra tea towels etc also came at a charge. We were there for 5 days so amenities should have been given to accommodate this without extra charges. Utensils in room were very worn, tongs etc didn’t work and knives were blunt. Not even a chopping board was provided. Toilet seat and showerheads in bathroom broken/loose and wouldn’t stay in place properly. Lifts were a pain as under maintenance but would hope this was a short term issue. For a supposed 4.5 star property and the price we expected more and felt that these little things and the obvious penny pinching really let the property down. Not sure I would recommend this property if you are looking for luxury accommodation.
