We booked the King Deluxe with spa over the phone with the Motor inn. We weren't advised the spa was not working... the price should have been less to reflect this 😞 On arrival the male receptionist was VERY unwelcoming and stank of cigarettes 😞 The room was VERY clean and could be warmed up with the reverse cycle AC 😀 Dinner at the resturant was OK, the staff were very friendly and attentive 😀 The duty manager was very efficient and courteous 😀 Back to the spa, which doubled as a shower... VERY hard to get into the spa, high step, no grip rail. The towel rack wobbled from years of people over 50 trying to hang on? 😞

Perfect location for the wedding we came to attend. Room spacious but pillows need replacing and shower over bath needs a better access eg.. a rail. …
