In the last 3 months, the pool and splash pad areas are going downhill due to zero rules and zrro basic hygiene being enforced. Group of 6 , 4 adults and 2 small kids: - only paid 2 entrances saying that the 3 other adults and the toddler weren't going to swim. - the adults (older women) literally entered the kiddi pool fully clothed with the same street clothes they had when they said they weren't going to swim - they put the toddler in the kiddi pool without a swimming diaper - one of the women (fully clothed) was exfoliating her feet in the steps of the kiddi pool -same woman was fully blowing her nose in the water - she couldn't swim, was spitting water constantly - large group of men, no shower, bad smell of cheap perfume, the entire indoor pool smelled as bad as them - lifeguards ignoring adults doing dangerous stuff in the kiddi pool ( launching the kids cannonball style , in the kidi pool, large groups of adults, using abusive language, hanging out in the kiddi pool... - a total mess. We pay rates and taxes all for what? Using the public services shouldn't be a nightmare Please, enforce basic hygiene, make sure that people pay for their entrance like everyone else Ask for people to wear appropriate clothing, please get the adults without kids out of the kiddi pool -stop people from abusing the facilities , no spitting, no exfoliating , I mean , how low are we gonna get in order to avoid offending people that have no consideration for others using the facilities?

I have 2 kids that do swimming lessons here. Been going for over a year now. We have had only one teacher who was great, interacting with the kids and truly was so lovely. Rest of them seem to be not so interested and lively. Not sure who designed the facilities in there but for goodness sake. There are only 2 showers for female where you can properly wash yourself and your toddler after the swim. 2?! The other 2 are in an open space where you can’t take your swim suit off. Why do we need 12 toilets there? The place is always busy especially on the weekends. Just makes no sense. Otherwise all good.
