First of all, the roads here are absolutely terrible—completely unsuitable for travelers with luggage. And despite there being two of us, they initially provided only one set of amenities. Even in the following days, they kept giving us the wrong amount. I honestly don’t understand how such a simple task can be done so badly. We even had to walk to the front desk every day to pick things up, which takes about six minutes round-trip—far, inconvenient, and ridiculous. Next, we kept getting woken up every morning by the heat and constant noise. There were loud wild animals everywhere and aggressive birds. The room only had one standing fan, and the actual conditions were nothing like the photos on their website. But the most outrageous part happened on our checkout day. They refused to help us transport our luggage from the campsite to the pickup area. They told us to drag our bags across that horrible road that would definitely ruin the wheels. We had already asked in advance if they could help, and they said OK, yet on the morning of 26 Nov, Michelle simply said no. This was a task that would’ve taken them less than a minute, but they still refused. We ended up calling a taxi and asking the driver to drive into the campsite just to help us load our luggage. Then, as soon as the car went up, they blocked the road to move sheep. When we came back down, they blocked it again—this time for only three sheep—and told us to wait five minutes. By then it was already past the checkout time, and we had to pay extra to the taxi driver for the delay. If this is how your lousy company treats guests, it’s no surprise if you go out of business. Absolutely not recommended. If you don’t have a car, you’re basically screwed. Also, the farm claims to have many activities, but most of them require extra fees and the facilities are extremely run-down. In short, don’t come here—ever.
