Noosa Springs Golf & Spa Resort

I took a friend for a treat spa and signature massage. I have been to the spa many times before with family and friends we have always loved it. Unfortunately today’s visit was really disappointing, the spa pool surrounds were dirty and several of the spa jets were not working. We had a blitz shower and many of the jets were not working, the sauna was dirty and overall the place looked tired and a but grubby. Our massages were fabulous, however one of the massage rooms had tiles missing and it was dirty. We ordered the champagne and cheese which was given to another guest, i only found that out when i asked about it at reception. We did get a refund. Overall it was disappointing and a big step down from my previous visits. I thought you should know and hopefully these areas can be improved Karen Gahan
