If there was any other swimming pool option in Toowoomba I would go there. This place is a continual disappointment. Pretty clean today, but as usual, there is literally 2 lanes given to kids' swimming area. The ENTIRE 50m pool is roped off for 2 people lane swimming. Almost the entire inside pool is roped off for.....zero lane swimmers! Its like this every time I visit. And the life guards yell at kids who dare to cross into a lane to retrieve a toy. Totally happy to share the pool with lane swimmers, but do 2 swimmers need it ALL? and in the school holidays? Its farcical. My cynical side says they do it so they have less area to patrol and therefore, fewer life guards on duty.

This besheviled filthy pool, spa and sauna really needs an overhaul, let alone a good clean. The changing rooms are disgusting. We went in 10 minutes after it was allegedly cleaned abs it was filthy. Mud and grass everywhere. This wasn't a one off, this is every night. Get a cleaver that actually cleanes the changing room. The sauna is cockroach infested abs i mean INFESTED! The glass is never clean. The story that it gets cleaved first thing in the morning- rubbish, it's always filthy. The spa, is slightly better, but the floor in the whole pool is filthy. Members are being ripped off to swim, spa and sauna in a disgustingly filthy environment. I wonder if anyone has contacted many diseases yet. Seriously though, deal with the cockroach infestation, it's not hard!
