Extremely uncomfortable experience due to poor supervision. Two male children (one appearing around 13 years old) were allowed inside the women’s changing room, and one exited the shower completely unclothed while adult women were present. Staff were seated on their phone and not monitoring the area at all. This is a serious failure of privacy protection and facility management. Very distressing and unacceptable.
