K2 Cairns Queens Court

Very tiny room. Mini mini fridge with no shelves so can barely hold anything (see pic). Probably why they gave us this small milk for 6 days. Peeling paint in the shower (see pic) so each time you wash yourself, you end up with paint on your feet. Exhaust not working so make sure you do number 2 when your partner is not here. The management is aware so they ask you to close the door while showering so the alarm is not activated (see photo). Smallest tv in the world (see pic) and remote shows Netflix and all but it's not true, there are only regular chanels. BBQ present but you have to pay $2 per 5mins (forgot to take pic). Requested and paid for queen bed but they attached 2 single beds to each other (really uncomfortable/inconvenient). If you lock yourself out after hours, they charge $100 even if someone is on the premises to open for you. Swimming pool is disgusting, million of whitish stuff floating in it that you don't see at first. It's at the bottom of the pool. Start walking/swimming and all comes up. Definitely don't put your head under water! I think I should stop there, you get it, very disappointed and do not recommend! The only positive thing is the staff been friendly.

Clean and tidy rooms on a budget. Would stay again. Shared Bathroom option was ok, bit small with only one toilet and shower per level.
