POSITIVES 1. Nice clean pool area 2. Tidy amenities 3. Male staff are friendly 4. Cheap, affordable 5. Pool man was kind enough to open the pool gates early. NEGATIVES 1. When calling the office number, you have to try several times before anyone answers. If the female answers, she sounds very bored and bothered to help or answer questions. 2. Manageress that lives onsite in Ring crt 2 is very rude, has no people skills. Yes we made the mistake of parking on the grass area near the pool/amenities but she was very rude and approached us with an angry face. 3. Mostly permanent residents - not friendly. You'll get the odd few that were. 4. Office hours - open from 3pm to 6pm 5. Roads are uneven/damaged - like 4WD in a hatchback 6. Lights in cabins aren't working 7. Gas stove - weren't advised prior 8. Pool hours - 11am to 8pm - went to the pool at 7pm on our first day and it was locked. 9. 1 toilet hadn't been cleaned before our arrival and still wasn't when we left. We stayed 4 days. 10. Website is very misleading. The pictures are nowhere near what the place looks. Yes, maybe the picture of the pool, but that's about all. Understandable why there's only 8 pictures on their website

Great little spot. Self contained unit, bunk beds, fridge freezer, gas hob, oven, toilet and shower. AC as well. Shower awesome. OK so looks a little dated but who cares, cheap, quiet (except for Aussie birds at dawn), covered car port. …
