I've been on a road trip passing through but spent a week in Sunshine coast. Welcomed with open arms. Able to buy day passes easily on site and no barriers to using the gym. Very friendly staff and always cheerful when you arrive. They clearly care about their members. Fantastic layout and equipment choice. Very clean (bring a towel) and great choice of music ( which you can even modify the playlists). Even though there are limited changing rooms they are all kitted out for a proper shower and clean. There's also rehabilitation programme / trainers who often have people of older age attend and it's refreshing to see all ages in the gym working out. Honestly one of the best gyms I've visited on my road trip. Would definitely check this place out.
