Completely satisfied with my body transformation, my fitness improvement and the sense of community at this gym. This is my first non-franchised gym, and I have been a member of this gym for over two years. The trainers are knowledgeable, and will push you while keeping an eye on you for correct form. I attend the Strength sessions the most, and the Strength program has a new direction every few months; I ask questions about the benefits of each program, and I used to ask a lot of questions and request reaffirmation on the correct technique/form for each exercise.. it is great to not receive wishy washy answers. I started my journey with a skinny physique, and I am a lot stronger and faster . I used to only do one exercise - running - but the gym has helped me to improve my fitness significantly, that I am able to do and enjoy other sports. The community is great. Members attend regularly, are friendly, and I become acquainted with them over time. The trainers often crack jokes, and they usually remember the stuff that I mentioned in conversations, whether it is fitness related or not. I would recommend this place to others.
