I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a very unpleasant experience I had yesterday at your gym. I had the opportunity to join a one-day trial arranged through my school, and my friends and I were escorted to the gym by two trainers who introduced themselves as Sophie and Amy (although I may not remember their names perfectly). After arriving, we were given a brief tour of the facilities, followed by a membership sales explanation. Up to this point, everything seemed fine. However, when my friends and I expressed that we were not currently interested in signing up for a membership, their attitude toward us noticeably changed. They became dismissive and unprofessional, and as a result, we were not allowed to proceed with the workout experience we had been promised. We were clearly informed beforehand that we would be able to participate in a one-day workout trial, and we were instructed to bring water bottles and towels — so we all came fully prepared. Yet, simply because we were not ready to register for a membership on the spot, we were effectively sent out without being able to use any facilities. This was extremely disappointing. We did not even have the chance to experience the gym before being asked to consider membership, which goes against the basic expectation of a trial session. Trying the facilities first is a reasonable step for any potential client. While I may not recall their names precisely, both staff members behaved in a manner that felt disrespectful and far from professional. This experience has made us feel uncomfortable, and we would not consider training with them based on how we were treated. Staff members should not react emotionally or treat guests differently simply because they choose not to register immediately. We did not receive the service we were promised, and I strongly believe that these trainers should receive further guidance on professional conduct and customer service. I hope the gym will look into this matter seriously.

Friendly Staff and nice, steam & sauna room. The water pressure in showers is great. Clean and tidy Grilled is next door which was very tempting 🤪😝
