The group classes and the cardio area are great, but the weight area really needs attention. The equipment is very old, with poor ergonomics, rust, and an overall worn-out look that makes training less motivating. Compared to other gyms I’ve been to, the facility is quite behind, and it might be time for a proper upgrade. I used to train at ClubLime and only switched because this location is closer to my workplace, but honestly, I regret the change. Just check the photos and draw your own conclusion. Another point is the check-in system. Having to open the app + turn on Bluetooth on my phone every single time isn’t practical. It would be much more efficient to use quick scan readers, similar to how many gyms use digital passes. Also, the changing room is often dirty or wet.

GoodLife is like a church. You go when you’re vulnerable, they take as much money as they can from you, and you’re left feeling gross once you get out. Pro’s - I had a positive experience with Reform Pilates - Staff mostly friendly Con’s - Male bathroom floor always dirty - Lockers never got cleared/cleaned - Showers not hot - Steam room often smelly - They’ll continue to charge you for 30 days when you cancel even after the contract - Getting receipts is like pulling teeth, at one point it took me 2 weeks to get a legal receipt showing GST with no portal to access them myself, so don’t use GoodLife if you need expense receipts
