We loved our 2-night stay here! The bathrooms and showers were excellent, the facilities spotless, and the location very convenient. On our first night, our site was right next to the camp kitchen, which did get a bit noisy late into the evening. We asked if we could be moved for the second night, and the staff were more than happy to accommodate us—which we really appreciated! The grounds are very well maintained, with one of the cleanest pool areas we’ve seen on our trip. The hot tub was also a highlight! The camp kitchen stayed clean throughout our stay, and the park felt really secure with coded gate access. The location is perfect for catching the ferry to Magnetic Island, and we even spotted turtles in the lake and wallabies in the park. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT book the “pool side powered” sites. Unless you want to deal with people cooking in the camp kitchen at 10.30pm and lights that don’t turn off. Oh and the pool pump going until endless hours of the night. Look the pool was lovely and the actual site itself isn’t terrible but the amenities and camp kitchen were not maintained the whole time we were there. No paper towel in bathrooms or kitchen, flooding showers, no toilet paper, clogged sinks. Oh boy I could go on!
