Don’t worry about cleaning supplies though — they don’t have any. Sweaty benches are apparently part of the “authentic hardcore vibe.” The staff? Oh, they’re great… at scrolling Instagram behind the counter while you struggle to figure out if the elliptical is supposed to make that grinding noise (spoiler: it’s not). If you ask for help, expect a sigh so dramatic it deserves an Oscar. And let’s talk about the membership cancellation policy — it’s easier to break out of Alcatraz than to get out of their contract. Honestly, I think I’ll get in better shape just running away from their billing department. Would I recommend it? Absolutely. But only if your fitness goal is “catch a staph infection.”

Best gym in Darwin. Ive been going to this gym for past 13 years. Very friendly and welcoming staff, always treating me like family. Newest equipment which makes my workouts hassle free. Love the reformers and how they have infra-red saunsa in the women's and men's change rooms with the rock sauna for unisex. The new hot and cold pools have been a game changer in my recovery.
